HEART OF WILDFLOWERS COLLECTION
This beautiful print collection came about from my love of exploring in nature and finding unique and interesting plants and flowers. Not one flower I come across is ever the same and this is an endless source of inspiration for me as an artist. I can never get bored, as there is always something new and exciting to see when I head out on our caravan adventures. I also love how plants in the wild seem to thrive and grow through even the harshest moments that natures elements throws at them. They are resilient and will adapt and I think we can learn a lot from them.
In Australia we have so many beautiful wildflowers that grow over our different terrains. Through the cold, snowy mountains and into the dry hot desert plains. Travelling around in our caravan and exploring different regions has certainly opened up a whole new world of flowers and plants for me to capture on the canvas. I can never run out of inspiration!
I like the name 'wildflowers', because to me it represents something a little unique and edgy, something a little bit different. Plus I see it as a flower that can withstand tough times and still come out with a love for life and show everyone just how beautiful it can be in any surrounding.
I think we could all do with a bit of a 'wildflower' personality and live life to the fullest every single day, whilst understanding and respecting our surroundings. I hope you enjoy browsing through this new print collection and will find something you love and connect with as well.
